Cincy Chic: What is Cincinnati Dry Carpet Cleaning?
Charlie Stout, Owner of Cincinnati Dry Carpet Cleaning: We’re excited to introduce “The New Way To Clean Carpet” to home and business owners in the Greater Cincinnati area. Our specialty is eco-friendly, dry, “organic,” deep extraction carpet cleaning. What this means is no more wet carpets, no harsh chemicals and carpet cleaning you’ll love! With modern, low moisture carpet cleaning systems (like we use), your carpets will be totally dry in 30 minutes or less, stains will not come back, carpets will repel dirt after cleaning, and your carpet will stay clean much longer.

Cincy Chic: Who’s behind it?
Stout: My name is Charlie Stout. My wife and I have owned successful businesses in the past and are always looking for a need in the marketplace.

Cincy Chic: What’s the inspiration behind Cincinnati Dry Carpet Cleaning?
Stout: It wasn’t until having two babies and a dog that we really learned what that need would be. Until we had kids we always just removed our shoes at the door and was very careful with our plush, white carpet. We always talked about replacing it with wood but never got around to it and once the kids were here we realized what a blessing the carpet was. Hardwood is not nearly as forgiving.

However, carpet gets dirty, and with kids and a dog, you get the picture. We have had it steam cleaned numerous times and with a couple infants we were frightened by some of the diseases wet carpet could contribute to, like Kawasaki Disease and allergic reactions to chemicals. Not knowing of any other cleaning methods but steam cleaning, we would have it cleaned and stay upstairs until it dried completely (at least 24 hours), only to find that within a few weeks the same spots returned.

After experiencing this 4 or 5 times we gave up, so when I was researching different businesses and ran across this new system for dry cleaning carpets with organic products, I actually got a little angry. Why was no one doing this? After some due diligence and research, we decided dry carpet cleaning was an absolute need in the market. We are 100 percent committed to providing this superior service using only organic products that actually work, and because of the effectiveness we can offer a 100 percent guarantee, it’s safe for my kids and dries within minutes, not days.

Cincy Chic: What cleaning services do you offer?
Stout: We offer carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, spot and stain removal, pet stain and odor removal, and odor remediation.

Cincy Chic: What makes Cincinnati Dry Carpet Cleaning unique?
Stout: We’re not trying to be the biggest carpet cleaning company in the area – but we are determined to be the best! We’ve provided carpet cleaning services to thousands of families and businesses in Lebanon and the surrounding communities! Plus, our pricing is completely transparent. There is never an up-sell or add-on. In fact, you can schedule a time for us to come out to inspect your carpet and give you a to-the-penny quote. In other words, No Surprises!
