It’s difficult trying to stay healthy during a pandemic. Many gyms and fitness studios are in search of ways to connect with their clients without sacrificing their health and well-being.
To help the community stay fit while staying healthy, Pure Barre Cincinnati-oakley has teamed up with 3CDC to offer complimentary classes at Washington Park.
“Many people are looking for a way to get fit right now while staying safe and maintaining social distance in light of COVID-19,” says Kendra Northgard, Co-Owner of Pure Barre Cincinnati-Oakley. “We created these classes to enable anyone and everyone to participate in our workouts safely, outside in a convenient and beautiful environment. Plus, it’s completely free! If you’ve ever been interested in trying Pure Barre, this is a great way to do it.”
To put on the classes, Pure Barre Cincinnati-Oakley worked with its long-standing partner 3CDC. Together, they wanted to bring these classes to more people to show them that these classes are for everyone. “Anyone can get fit with Pure Barre regardless of your shape, age, gender, or fitness level,” says Northgard. “All are welcome, and no special skills are required.”
The classes are held every Wednesday at 7:00 pm now through August 26 at Washington Park in Over-the-Rhine.
You can learn more and register for an upcoming free class at purebarre.com/oh-cincinnati. Northgard says to plan to arrive early as space is limited and spots are filled on a first come first serve basis to ensure safe social distancing. “Wear comfortable workout attire and bring your own yoga mat, towel, and water,” she adds. “Mask wearing is encouraged.”
You can also visit the studio and try out a class if you’re unable to get to the free classes at Washington Park. Pure Barre Cincinnati-Oakley is located at 3083 Madison Road in Cincinnati. You can sign up for a class at purebarre.com/oh-cincinnati or by calling 513-321-5800.
