Enjoy a night filled with spa treatments and home decor shopping in O’Byronville on August 15

If you love the spa, shopping, home decor and supporting local businesses, there’s an upcoming event for you. Pampering, beauty treatments and home decor shopping will come together to make up this great event, Spa Night in O’Bryonville, which will take place August 15 at Sacksteder’s Interiors, 1971 Madison Road.

Spa Night in O’Bryonville is the brain child of Melissa Askren, a local Arbonne representative. “I wanted to bring women together and expose them to a selection of different businesses in O’Bryonville,” Askren says, adding that she just started her own business, and had the idea to work together with other businesses for the event. “The Spa Night started with me reaching out to friends and businesses that were close by,” Askren explains. “Four different businesses are now working together to put on the event.”

The evening will kick off at 6:00p.m. with drinks and appetizers hosted by Sacksteder’s Interiors, a furniture store located in O’Bryonville on Madison Avenue. Sacksteder’s features a wide variety of home furnishings and accessories, as well as consultations with award-winning interior designers. Spa Night attendees can browse Sacksteder’s selection of home furnishings while enjoying delicious refreshments. Additionally, the store will be offering a 20% discount for all jewelry and purses sold.

From Sacksteder’s, Spa Night guests can wander over to the BonBonerie Café for a private spa experience. “The BonBonerie is opening the café from 7p.m. to 9p.m. exclusively for this event,” says Askren. Guests can enjoy finger pastries and sip tea while relax with luxurious foot spas and a variety of beauty products. Askren will be available to help guests experiment with 15 different Arbonne beauty products.

Throughout the evening, guests will be able to enter a free raffle sponsored by local business, “Mommy’s Dream Team,” which provides night nannies to assist families with newborns who want to get some rest during the night. “Guests who enter the raffle have a chance to win a gift basket of baby items and a choice of one free night nanny or nursery set-up,” says Askren.

The event is free and open to the public. For more information, visit Melissa Askren’s Facebook page.
