Chocolate Drop Brownie Cookies

Chocolate Drop Brownie Cookies
Yield: About 40 cookies
Ingredients
2/3 Cup shortening
1 1/2 Cup evaporated cane juice or sugar
1 Tablespoon water
1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
2 Eggs
1 1/2 Cups flour
1/2 Cup cocoa powder
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1/4 Teaspoon baking soda
12 Ounces dark chocolate chips
Method
Cream together shortening, evaporated cane juice, water and vanilla extract.
Add eggs one at a time and mix well.
Stir flour, cocoa powder, salt and baking soda in a bowl.
Gradually add dry ingredients to creamed mixture on low speed until well combined. Then add chips.
Drop on an ungreased cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the oven at 350 degree for seven to 10 minutes until set.
