Are you in over your head planning an event all by yourself? Luckily, a new local event planning company, Vivify Events, can provide an easy solution to all your festivity frets.

Vivify means “to give life to,” and Vivify Events is passionate about giving life to your event concepts. Launched in the beginning of 2013 by Darielle Daniels, Vivify Events can coordinate everything from weddings, bridal showers and baby showers to birthday and graduation celebrations.

“[Our] goal is not only to execute a tasteful yet fun event but to also ensure that you are celebrated,” Daniels explains. “Your celebration will be flawlessly planned and executed.”

And while it may be a new business, Daniels says Vivify Events is ready, willing and qualified to oversee your entire event and to guide you every step of the way. “You can be confident that your day will be perfectly planned and executed so you can enjoy every moment,” says Daniels.

Daniels, an Engineering graduate from North Carolina A&T State University and Cincinnati native, has a passion for event planning that started at a young age. For years, she assisted her mother with her business, Pinky Chocolate’s Tea Parties, and fell in love with event planning. Daniels says she has experience with a variety of parties and celebrations and loves tapping into her expansive industry network to produce the best events possible.

“Vivify Events thrives off of ‘giving life’ to visions and dreams of events from beginning to end,” explains Daniels. “Vivify Events offers three types of packages that fit everyone based on their planning needs.”

First, there is the Complete Package, which covers the entire planning process. This service is for those who want the total package ranging from consulting, design, coordinating and execution. Then, there is the Coordinate Package for those who plan their own event but wants Vivify to handle “day of” responsibilities, that way you as the client can be free to enjoy your event. Lastly, the Consult Package is for those who want to plan and organize their event themselves, but they need some help with getting started. Vivify will sit down with you and help consult you on getting started.

Daniels says that her business is unique because she truly puts the client first. She prides herself on listening what their vision is so she can “Vivify” and make every aspect of their vision come to life.

“Vivify has grown tremulously in the past four months. Vivify started with one client has grown to 30 plus clients just by word of mouth,” says Daniels. “[Since launching,] Vivify Events has been featured in Sip n Shop Cincinnati and Who’s Who in Black Cincinnati.”
