I stand corrected

OK, I just ate one of my healthy cookies.  Perhaps it was just the anticipation of eating something with such a great expectation, but I've changed my opinion today.  They really aren't too shabby.  Of course they do taste different than the orginal, but they actually are pretty darn close.  So there…I have made my public correction.  I retract the the word "NASTY" and replace it with "DIFFERENT"–I will however keep up my search for substitutions for my cookie recipe.
