Step 3 Blushers: Creamy formulations will melt into the skin and won’t have a drying effect on the skin, making them ideal for the winter time. Step 4 Colour: Although there are no strict rules as what you can or cannot wear, adapt your colour palette to suit the season. During the winter, if you look pale and washed out, warm the skin with nice corals and peaches or incorporate brighter shades into your makeup look. Step 5 Lipstick: For the winter time, go for the moisture lipstick; lipstick that will help protect the lips, also spf 15 lipstick or sheer gloss will maintain your lips from becoming chapped in the winter time.
