Fall Trend Report
From cute boots, stylish scarves, cozy sweaters and luxurious layers, Fall is a favorite season among fashionistas. That’s why Maria Versluis, a fellow Fall-loving fashionista and owner of the Pink Tulip Club, shared some of the hottest trends this Fall and some of her favorite styles for the upcoming cooler months.
Versluis says that this season, the Pink Tulip Club is on a mission to prepare the women of Cincinnati for a lengthy and cold weather season. “Our Fall and winter collection will keep women warm, comfortable and stylish,” she says. “The selections we have in-store include garments made from cotton, cashmere, alpaca, faux and real leather with fur. By popular demand, we are bringing back beautiful print tunics that make a one peace easy outfit to wear to all school and business functions.”
According to Versluis, this year’s cold weather wardrobe staples will be dark wash denim, silky tanks and solid color pullovers, in addition to cardigans, faux fur vests and cashmere dress toppers. “This year, you’ll find the largest selection of faux and real leather jackets Pink Tulip Club has ever carried,” she adds.
Other top-selling trends, Versluis says, include oversized sweaters, leather skirts, and wax coated jeans. “Black and white will be the dominant colors for 2014-2015,” she adds.
Colorful statement jewelry is also a must-have for Fall, Versluis says. “Pink Tulip Club will be carrying a new jewelry line by the famous Simon Sebbag Designs jewelry brand,” she adds. “It’s been carried by several upscale department stores and has now made it into a specialty boutique like ours.” The jewelry is handcrafted overseas using sterling silver, genuine stones and leather. It’s also lightweight and easy to wear, making it a great option for your work and weekend wardrobes.
Pink Tulip Club also specializes in formal wear, so they can help you find a dress for your company’s holiday party as well as your daughter’s dress for homecoming.
Pink Tulip Club’s Old Montgomery store is located at 9395 Montgomery Road in Montgomery, and their Hyde Park Store is located at 2651 Observatory Avenue. To learn more and stay up-to-date on new arrivals and trends, “like” them on Facebook or follow them on Twitter.
