Natasha Scherief opened the first ZebraGirl Boutique brick-and-mortar store in November 2012 and immediately found success. After ZebraGirl Boutique had only been open for a year, she already had plans in motion for a bigger space to accommodate a growing list of customers and products in the store.

The new location for ZebraGirl Boutique recently had a grand opening on May 14 and is located at 63 W. Franklin Street in downtown Centerville. Scherief says she chose this new location because of the charming and historic home it’s located in, as well as the complementary surrounding shops and businesses. “I live in Centerville and have made great relationships networking with small local businesses,” she explains.

According to Scherief, the concept behind the boutique is to offer women fun and unique accessories as well as current fashion styles at an affordable price. She wants to provide products for the girl who wants to stand out and make a fashion statement.

“At ZebraGirl Boutique, we carry a variety of fashion accessories, clothing, body scrubs, candles and local handmade jewelry,” she says.

What makes ZebraGirl Boutique different? According to Scherief, you can expect to receive great customer service and honest fashion advice. “I take great pride in running the shop and each day I strive to make my customer’s shopping experience rewarding,” she adds.

Some of the most popular jewelry brands at ZebraGirl Boutique include lotto dotties and Ginger Snaps. “The Ginger Snaps are interchangeable pieces that can go on earrings, necklaces, bracelets or rings and allow you to create your own unique style,” she says. As for price points, both collections range from $7 to $32.

Scherief is always looking for new designers and brands to bring into the store. “When I find a great line or brand,” she adds, “I can’t wait to offer it to my customers.”
