Your New You

Your New You

Our life coach columnist explains how to use this time of less busyness and distraction to step out of this on the other side as your best self.

Life sure can change quickly and without notice. As we continue to navigate the fall out of the world and get the virus under control you may be finding that you are looking ahead and wondering where you go along this path, beyond the scarcity and uncertainty.

I am a strong believer that thoughts become things and out of any situation good will come. Learning to lead by the spirit of love, and follow being a good finder, is where I have stood firmly for myself, my family, and others during this time and always. What I know for sure is if I lean into the fear, then I’m not able to fully delivery my light and goodness out into the world.

My niche in life has been to help others create their life by design and how you can make that happen. And now moving forward, those values are still my priority AND I am finding I have a new niche in life.

During a conversation with a stranger I was supporting around her fears and what her family can do during this time, she asked “are you a healer”? I paused for a moment considering the question.  Then without hesitation I replied “yes, indeed”. My healing comes through helping you find and fix what’s causing the record to skip and replay the same thing over and over.

With that being said, I want to challenge you to consider this for yourself in asking what is your “new niche” on the other side of this pandemic?

Since you have less distractions and really no excuses, this is the perfect time to settle in and take inventory, reflect on all the ways you’ve done things differently since the outbreak of the virus, and how it has affected your work. Who are you becoming in this process?

Are there things you are learning about yourself that are going to change you moving forward?

Do you know that from this moment forward there are things you will or won’t continue?

Have you deepened more into hope, faith and trust, or fear, doubt and panic?

I encourage you during this free time to really take advantage of the moment and go within and learn more about you. Drop into the stories and what you believe to be true that now may look different.  And start now to plan how you will come out on the other side and what your new niche in life will be moving forward.

Sending Love and Light,
