RED – Your color is governed by the first chakra, the root chakra, located at your tailbone. It governs your strength and comfort with the world around you. All solid parts of your spinal column and bones and blood cell building occur in the first chakra. Your chakra also helps you become stable and practical.
ORANGE – Your color is governed by the second chakra, the spleen chakra, located below your navel. This relates to your great sociability, sexuality and emotional desire to explore your universe. Your chakra can fuel enthusiastic energy to help you achieve all of your goals, especially through physical strength.
MAGENTA – Your color is governed by the first and second chakras, the root and spleen, so you have an extra outpouring of sexuality and emotional expression. You use your creativity and power to achieve and experience more pleasure and satisfaction in everything you attempt.
YELLOW – Your color is governed by the third chakra, the solar plexus chakra, located at your navel. This is the center of your special gift, your inner sun, and how you radiate joy, love and fun to everyone around you. All of your digestive organs reside here, so you will be affected by gut-level intuition. This is also the center of your self-esteem.
MENTAL/PHYSICAL TAN – Your color is governed by the third chakra – solar plexus chakra, located at your navel, and right above the navel. This chakra will control activities of your pancreas, liver, spleen, gall bladder and stomach, which influence your self-control, authority and personal power and ability to show strength and action.
LOVING/NURTURING TAN – Your color is governed by the third chakra, the solar plexus, located above the navel; also a little bit by the fourth chakra, the heart chakra, located at your heart. You have the ability to give and receive unconditional love and you enjoy engaging in social activism that can bring inner harmony to all.
GREEN – Your color is governed by the fourth chakra, the heart chakra, located from the center of your chest to your heart. You have great ability to give and accept love unconditionally and to feel and share deep emotions of love, hate, sorrow and anger. You are sincere, honest and entirely devoted to loved ones. If closed down, you are selfish.
BLUE – Your color is governed by the fifth chakra, the throat chakra, located at the base of your neck. You can be a great communicator, creative, wise and open to spirituality. You are often a source of inspiration and integrity to others. You sometimes border on enabling if you give too much.
LAVENDER – Your color is governed by the fifth chakra also, the throat chakra, located at the base of your neck. You are expressive, creative and feel the need to be free of many worldly constraints. You love your independence, but need to exercise your voice if you feel lost or out of control.
INDIGO – Your color is governed by the sixth chakra, the third eye chakra, located at the center of your forehead. You will be constantly open to knowledge and growth – mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. You are highly intuitive and literally all of your senses – touch, taste, smell, sight and hearing – are accentuated.
VIOLET – Your color is also governed by the sixth chakra, the third eye chakra, at the center of your forehead. Your pineal and endocrine glands, which govern left brain, left eye, nose, ears, and sinuses, are on high alert. You use your great visions for planning, action and outcomes. You are a visionary leader.
CRYSTAL – Your color is governed by the seventh chakra, the crown chakra, at the top of your head. You are balanced, using left and right brain, but you use more right brain activity to follow a course of healing others. You have openness to spirit and meditation, perfection and integration.
