Danielle, Berns Garden Center: Berns Garden Center is a full service Garden and Landscape company. Providing homegrown annuals and vegetables. Huge selection of perennials, herbs, shrubs, trees and evergreens. We strive to provide our customers with the best plants and products and to extend professional service.
Cincy Chic: When did Berns Garden Center open?
Danielle: Berns Garden Center was founded in January 1056, when Al and Cherie Berns purchased one greenhouse and a home on one acre of land on Yankee Road in Middletown. After numerous expansions at its Yankee Road location, they built their new garden center on 10 acres on Greentree Road in Middle. This location opened in Spring 1996. In Spring 2011, they opened their second garden center on Indian Ripple Road in Beavercreek.
Cincy Chic: Tell us more about the events you host at the Berns Garden Center?
Danielle: Berns hosts a variety of events throughout the year, collaborating with local vendors and businesses.

- Berns 12 Days of Christmas: December 9-20
- Fiber Arts: January 27 at the Middletown location

Danielle: Berns Garden Center is a family-owned company. We grow a variety of seasonal plants and strive to provide quality service and products for our customers.

Danielle: Berns Garden Center has two retail locations: 825 Greentree Road in Middletown and 3776 Indian Ripple Road in Beavercreek.
Cincy Chic: Is there anything new on the horizon for the garden center?
Danielle: Our Christmas Shop has recently opened. Berns provides a variety of Christmas decor. This includes fresh cut Christmas trees for your home, cut greens, homegrown poinsettias, and beautiful Christmas giftware.
