Cincy Chic: What is CoupCounts.com?
Jack Thomas, Founder of CoupCounts.com: CoupCounts.com is short for Coupon Discounts. We connect sellers and buyers together for the first time using social and online introductions. This works much in the same way business networking groups share referrals.
When a new customer buys a product or service from a CoupCounts member, they are encouraged to share their experience with others using tools we provide to make social sharing easy. Sharing great experiences can lead to low cost viral opportunities for business owners in attracting new customers and maintaining relationships with existing customers (It’s also good for the one buying too as they will receive discounts, and an opportunity to meet the merchant before buying).
What if the purchasing experience isn’t so good for the buyer? We provide other tools to help business owner make improvements in customer experience (We believe mistakes can be made with any company, but the real merit or value of a company is taking steps to correct mistakes).

Cincy Chic: Who’s behind the business?
Thomas: It’s technically a brand new business entity, but the concept has been percolating for some time. The CoupCounts.com model was developed by myself and my wife Emily Thomas as a means to introduce sellers and buyers together in a non-intrusive setting.
We own several companies. Clients for one of our companies in particular ask us quite frequently to provide referrals to other companies for products or services we do not offer. Because of this we came up with the concept of a recommended listing service we could share with our clients.
While it is true other listing services are available we thought it would be important for this list to be accessible, and free of any cost to potential buyers including offering reviews of other verified customer experiences.

Cincy Chic: How does CoupCounts.com work?
Thomas: To attract customers companies will often use coupons. Offering coupons can either help or harm the business.
Giving too much of a discount may cause losses to the business, but on the other hand small discounts provided may not attract enough new customers to make it worthwhile.
Business members of CoupCounts can offer coupon discounts or bids.

Cincy Chic: What is a bid?
Thomas: Let’s assume a homeowner submits a request to CoupCounts for a bid to remodel a kitchen.
If you so happen to be a home remodeling contractor and a business member of CoupCounts, you would have an opportunity to bid on the project.
Buyer can receive multiple bids from local contractors, have access to reviews, and previous work listed on CoupCounts to help make the decision easier and less costly compared to traditional methods in which consumers might look for home remodeling contractors.

Cincy Chic: What services do you provide customers and what are your price points?
Thomas: We are a one-stop shop market place for buyers wishing to be connected to merchants offering discounts or bids on a variety of different products and services.
There are no fees or charges for buyers to receive coupons or bids and we are currently offering free sign up for business membership in CoupCounts.

Cincy Chic: What makes CoupCounts unique?
Thomas: We are implementing a number of different concepts to provide what we feel will be a great platform for local sellers and buyers of common products and services sold.
CoupCounts will be a place where buyers can find deals, request bids, and learn about the products and services local merchants offer including reviews from verified buyers.
Sellers have opportunities to receive online introductions with interested buyers and an opportunity to earn their business.
CoupCounts business members will also have access to cutting-edge tools, and strategies to help attract new customers, retain existing relationships, repair damaged customer relationships if possible, and profitably grow their companies.

Cincy Chic: Is there anything new on the horizon for CoupCounts?
Thomas: CoupCounts will be officially opening our doors in the next 90 days or less and for a limited time we are offering free sign up for business membership in CoupCounts.
