Candace Matsuda, Founder and President of Define Institute of Beauty: Define Institute if Beauty is a new cosmetology school opening in Cincinnati.

Cincy Chic: What’s the inspiration behind it?
Matsuda: I founded it with the passion to cultivate experts in the field of cosmetology esthetics and nail care.

Cincy Chic: When will the doors officially open?
Matsuda: We’ll officially open on January 15, 2018.

Cincy Chic: Where is the Define Institute of Beauty located?
Matsuda: It’s at 11489 Princeton Pike in Cincinnati. We took over the old Regency Beauty Institute space.

Cincy Chic: What cosmetology classes do you offer?
Matsuda: We offer full-time cosmetology, full- and part-time esthetics, and full- and part-time nail technology.

Cincy Chic: How much is the cost for attendance?
Matsuda: In celebration of our launch, prices are half the cost of other cosmetology schools in the area for a limited time. You can find a complete list of pricing on our website.
