Cincy Chic: Tell us more about Sweetspire Ranch!
Pat Gorman, Owner of Sweetspire Ranch: Sweetspire Ranch is the newest country chic wedding venue and Bed & Breakfast in the Cincinnati area. A charming 25-acre working horse ranch with a large ranch house, barns, pastures, ponds, trails and nature abounding.

It has been our home for the last twenty-seven years where we have enjoyed our children, grandchildren, horses, dogs, cats and chickens. The time has come for us to share what our family and visitors have enjoyed these many years.

Cincy Chic: Who’s behind the ranch?
Gorman: Myself, Pat Gorman, and my husband Hearsel. We have been happily married for 47 years and we have decided to share our family home of 27 years. We look forward to hosting weddings where couples are just starting out on their own journeys. Our wish is that every couple married at Sweetspire Ranch enjoys a long, happy marriage as we have.

Cincy Chic: Where can we find Sweetspire Ranch?
Gorman: Sweetspire Ranch is located east of Cincinnati at 4632 Ross Road in Batavia, Ohio.  Just minutes from I-275 and Route 32 off the Olive Branch Stonelick Exit.

Cincy Chic: Tell us more about how you transformed your family home into a bed & breakfast and event venue space!
Gorman: We are truly excited to be open this summer for weddings! If your dream involves a beautiful countryside setting, where nature abounds and where deer and horses peacefully graze, we would love to show you our piece of heaven on earth, Sweetspire Ranch. We offer a variety of outdoor settings for your reception, and your ceremony if desired. The Ranch House is also included, offering spacious social areas, a full kitchen, and two suites, for bridal party preparation and for your honeymoon. It would be hard to find a finer honeymoon suite than our Orchid Suite, which encompasses the entire back of the house with the most spectacular views. Your dream wedding will be the exclusive event for the weekend, starting at 4pm the day before your big day and going until Sunday morning departure.

We love to hear from new couples to learn if Sweetspire Ranch may be the perfect choice for the dream wedding! We offer tours on Saturdays and Sundays and ask you to call in advance so we know to expect you. We are happy to make an appointment for you to tour at your convenience.

Cincy Chic: Can the Ranch also host other special events?
Gorman: Absolutely! Our spacious Ranch House is available year-round and ideal for parties up to 50 guests, inside the home, anytime of the year. While outside, our beautiful outdoor settings are perfect for tented or open lawn weddings, seasonally from May to October.
