Cincy Chic: What is Cincinnati Team Apparel?
Meghan Ryder, Owner of Cincinnati Team Apparel: Cincinnati Team Apparel is a family-owned small business that specializes in everything from spirit wear to corporate apparel and everything in between. We partner with many teams, clubs and businesses and assisting as needed through the entire process. Our goal is provide the best possible customer service at all times.

Cincy Chic: Who runs Cincinnati Team Apparel and what inspired you to get into the business?
Ryder: I run the business and our family has always had an entrepreneurial spirit and a love of sports. Cincinnati Team Apparel offers us a unique opportunity to blend both of those passions together on a daily basis. I also have a combined 25 years of operations and customer service experience prior to ownership.

Cincy Chic: What is your favorite thing about running Cincinnati Team Apparel?
Ryder: The best thing about running Cincinnati Team Apparel is getting to see the face of younger kids when they are picking up an item that we created for them. Many times we work with the organization from the initial conceptual idea to the final product. This alone is incredibly satisfying but when you see the face of the child light up when they see that shirt, uniform, jacket, etc., it is truly a wonderful experience.

Cincy Chic: What makes your business unique?
Ryder: With recent investments we’ve made in the business, we are the total package. We offer hundreds of items and can customize items in several ways to meet customer needs. We have a retail storefront, we have an on-line presence and we can set up shop at your event as well.

Cincy Chic: Where are you located?
Ryder: Our business is located at 5948 Snider Road in Mason.

Cincy Chic: Is there anything new on the horizon for Cincinnati Team Apparel?
Ryder:We have many new ideas coming soon. We are working on further leveraging our on-line presence. For example, we have been working with a few of our partners to set up a specific tab on our site for them. They can direct their audience to the site to place orders, etc., this makes is easier for everyone involved. Second, we are improving our e-mail campaigns to provide updates more quickly to our loyal customer base. This is a great benefit and we strongly urge everyone to sign up on our website. Finally, we will have a major announcement coming in 30 to 45 days. This game changer will further separate us from our competition and will provide greater flexibility to our customers. This technology will improve delivery times and reduce minimum order quantities just to name a few of the benefits.
