Everyday Inspiration: Claim your Crown

Everyday Inspiration: Claim your Crown

by -

To your Magnificence,

It’s time to step into the life that has been waiting for you. The life that you have desired since you can remember. There is a voice deep down that has been whispering for your attention. Have you been listening to these whispers or pushing them away?

Most people never take the steps towards the life they have always wanted.

We keep ourselves busy with things and schedules to the point we sabotage the very time needed to get to where we want to go. We say I want a great career, great relationship, abundant life BUT! We focus on all the “buts” and this prevents us from getting to where we want to be.

This leaves many people unfulfilled, never living up to their true potential.

If not now, when? If not you, who?

You need to choose whether you want to thrive or merely survive. The world has plenty of people wandering around putting everything else first except what they truly desire. This is a huge loss. For you will never share your true potential, and share your true gifts that you came here to share with us. Furthermore, you teach those around the same lesson of putting your own needs last, perpetuating the cycle.

Think about those who have Claimed their Crown in the past. Mozart, Oprah, Martin Luther King, Bill Gates, Princess Diana, Coco Chanel, the list is longer than what we can imagine.

How would our lives be different if they hadn’t decided to listen and follow through with the voice that was calling them? Luckily for us, they did.

The road from A to B takes action, faith and a compassionate heart. You will need to be gentle on yourself. The reason why most of us DO NOT take any steps is because we think we have to jump all at once. Guess what? You don’t! As my friend Bob Elkins always says, “If you cant afford to take a 90 degree change, well then, just make a 2 percent change per day. Over time, that 2 percent change becomes a 10% then a 30% and before you know it, you’re on your way!”

How true is that? So what can you do today to make the 2% change?

Can you call that lawyer? Can you take five minutes alone to start that book? Can you apply for one job in that city you’ve always wanted to live in?

You have a life that has been uniquely calling YOU. Why aren’t you answering!? The best thing you can do for you for yourself and others in the world is to follow that calling and start on your way.

Giving yourself permission to follow through is the hardest thing you will ever do. You must believe that you are worth it.

Stop focusing on the Buts and focus on what it will take to move into the direction of the life you were meant to live and the person you are meant to be. And don’t let the people around you stop you.

They will protest a bit I guarantee, because it’s not going to be so comfortable for them anymore. Over time when you transform your yourself you transform your life. Becoming happier will show on the outside. Ironically then it starts to attract those very people back with your Light, and it’s THEY who ask you the way to get there themselves.

It doesn’t matter if what you do resonates with anyone else. Why? Because those initial steps may fail or even be lonely. However, they are crucial stepping-stones on your individual road to happiness. This is the only road you ever need to worry about. In the end it’s our own individual road that makes the greatest contribution.

Claim your crown and commit to the potential of your life. This is how owning who you are and putting yourself first is the best way to serve yourself and others. Next time you hear that voice that wants you to take action towards the life you want, catch yourself. If you are about to think of a reason not to go for it, redirect and realize you can make a small commitment in that direction so it doesn’t seem so drastic. Over time, it will add up, I assure you.

A life of happiness and abundance is the best contribution you can give yourself and the world. Can you think of anything better?

Are you ready?
