Cincy Chic: What is Live Your Best Life?
Stacy Best, Founder of Live Your Best Life: Live Your Best Life is a lifestyle program that inspires women to make positive shifts resulting in amazing energy, vitality, joy and pleasure in a body that they love living in! The program is a fresh new approach based purely on self-care – a celebration of nutrition, movement, recreation and restoration.

Cincy Chic: What’s the inspiration behind the program?
Best: My journey to health and happiness has been a challenging one. I thought I had the dream all figured out. Got the good education, to get the perfect job, to earn a great paycheck and then I would live happily ever after, right? Uh, not even close. Even though I was eating well and working out everyday, the stress from my high-pressured corporate job was ruining my health. I was a zombie just surviving through the days. I knew there had to be a better way and I eventually became my own health advocate. I filled in the nutritional gaps with the right supplements and made positive lifestyle changes. It wasn’t until I focused on a comprehensive self-care program that I finally started to thrive. Health is more than the food on your plate and what you do at the gym. Nutrition and exercise are only a small part of being well. Reducing exposure to toxins and balancing relationships, career, spirituality and stress levels are all critical in order to Live Your Best Life.

Cincy Chic: When did you launch Live Yours Best Life?
Best: I caught the entrepreneurial bug in 2007. I created the Fit to Garden program educating gardeners on proper gardening biomechanics to reduce next day soreness and injury. In 2011 I took the program a step further and highlighted the nutritional and stress management benefits of gardening and Garden for the Health of It was born. In 2015 I authored the Garden for the Health of It guidebook. I received an overwhelming response from readers and presentation attendees regarding the stress management and restoration practices that I cover in the book. I decided to launch into the final stage of my brainchild and created Live Your Best Life. This program incorporates gardening, nutrition, movement and an abundant amount of self-care practices.

Cincy Chic: What do you hope to accomplish through Live Your Best Life?
Best: I am a woman who loves life and lives it to the fullest. It feels so good to have the energy, interest and va-voom to do all that I want to do one this one precious life. I am a Registered Kinesiotherapist, board certified holistic health practitioner, holistic lifestyle coach, personal trainer, master gardener, Pilates and yoga instructor and have spent years researching and developing this lifestyle program. I have met so many women who are stuck in survival mode and it is painful to watch them settle for that life. My passion is to share my Live Your Best Life blueprint with these beautiful women because when you are empowered, inspired, and educate yourself, this is when you can truly achieve all you desire – and feel incredible.

Cincy Chic: What types of services do you provide for clients?
Best: My signature service is the 28-Day Live Your Best Life program. It is an in-person or virtual one-on-one or group program motivating women to change the way they eat, move, feel and think. The main focus is on self-care practices. This includes nutrition, movement, daily habits, removing toxins from the home, vision boarding, a pain management technique called the MELT method and my favorite – essential oils.

I also provide traditional holistic lifestyle coaching one-on-one or in person, fitness, Pilates, yoga, gardening and essential oils coaching.

Cincy Chic: Is there anything new on the horizon for your business?
Best: I am beyond excited to launch my new virtual home in March! My website will host several e-courses including Garden for the Health of It and Live Your Best Life. I cannot wait to empower women to change the course of their own health through my easy to follow e-courses. My intention is to give you the tools to navigate your way back to the basics. The idea is to teach you how to nourish your mind and body without having to follow fussy gardening rules, a strict diet with complicated recipes (no calorie counting here!) or intense workout plan. Just self-care habits that make Living Your Best Live easier and more intuitive. So, let’s get after it!
