Cincy Chic: Tell us more about Peak Physique!
Mic Pinchek, Owner at Peak Physique: Peak Physique is a personal training service that offers motivation, inspiration, accountability and safety to the senior population (my oldest client is 98!), in addition to the “over 40” crowd for small group fitness classes. By designing effective fitness programs, clients are able to achieve their health and fitness goals.
Cincy Chic: What’s the inspiration behind Peak Physique?
Pinchek: As the lead personal trainer at a local gym for five years, it was time to move on to my next adventure. My clients believed in the value of my service and invited me to come into their homes and continue to train them. In 1995 I found my niche and my clients love the convenience of me “coming to them,” and a career was born!
Cincy Chic: Who’s behind the business?
Pinchek: Sole proprietor of many hats, myself! A pioneer when the personal training industry exploded in the 90s, I have sustained a successful business and avoided burnout because I love being part of a person’s transformation, both physically and emotionally, by watching them include health and fitness into their daily lives.

Cincy Chic: What types of training and services do you provide?
Pinchek: Peak Physique offers private sessions where I travel to clients’ homes and small group training at my studio in the Milford/Loveland area.
Cincy Chic: What is it that makes Peak Physique unique?
Pinchek: Adaptability! After more than 20 years in the business, I have “seen it,” “felt it,” and “heard it.” Holding a special certification on how to work with our aging bodies, not everyone should be doing a cookie cutter workout that they see on social media or read in magazines and expect results. I keep it real and believe there is no one way, product, style, or services that is the right way. We are all different and anything can be modified to work for that individual.
Cincy Chic: What are you looking forward to the most in 207?
Pinchek: More sleep! Ha! I’m most looking forward to making connections to more people through networking and volunteering.
Cincy Chic: Is there anything new on the horizon for Peak Physique this year?
Pincheck: I’ll be attending the IDEA Personal Trainer Institute where I learn from the very best and bring back lots of goodies for my clients to help them toward continued success!
Cincy Chic: Where can readers go to learn more about Peak Physique?
Pincheck: Visit www.peak4you.com or call me at 513-305-7326, I would love to help!
